The transformation of a run down commercial and retail space in Mary Street in the CBD of Brisbane into one of the city's most fashionable dining and entertainment venues provided some significant logistical and programme challenges.

Jason was involved in this iconic project prior to founding Symmetry as the Project Director spearheading the design and construction of this integrated dining experience.

The result was 3 seperate dining areas, a common commercial kitchen and a rooftop bar accessed from gentrified Spencer Lane. The project won a master builders award for best hospitality project over $3 Million
