This 57 2-bedroom unit complex with 2 basement car park levels located on the on the Gold Coast canals at Broadbeach, posed some significant construction challenges building 2 storeys below the water line.

Symmetry Projects was retained by the Brisbane based developer undertaking their first multi residential project to act as both project manager and contract superintendent for the $ 14 Million development.

Delivered under an amended Australian Standard lump sum contract, completion was achieved inside the 14 month construction duration and within the clients budget.
